2026 ACSA Women in School Leadership Forum

Margarita Cuizon-Armelino is the Deputy Executive Director of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), where she leads strategic initiatives and supports over 18,000 school and district leaders across the state. Over her ACSA career, she helped build ACSA’s Member Services Department and launched key programs including the Exemplary Woman in Education Award and the Crisis Support Program. A champion for equity, she partnered with and supported ACSA’s first Equity Executive, helping to fund and launch the organization’s early equity initiatives. She impacted ACSA’s pandemic response by pivoting services to virtual platforms and recently initiated the AI Task Force based on educator feedback. Margie is passionate about learning how to better serve education leaders and creating spaces where members can lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.
