Dr. Lisa Longoria is a visionary educational leader and the Principal of Washington Charter Elementary School in the Desert Sands Unified School District. With a career spanning over two decades, she has become a leading voice in fostering environments where both students and educators thrive through a blend of scholarly expertise and relational leadership.A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Dr. Longoria is the founder of the "Girl Boss Dinners" initiative. This replicable networking model is designed to build influence, well-being, and career momentum for women administrators. Her work moves beyond traditional networking to create emotional support systems that combat burnout. Dr. Longoria holds a PhD in Education from Claremont Graduate University. She is a firm believer that when women leaders support one another, they create a ripple effect that transforms entire school systems. Whether she is leading her campus in Palm Desert or facilitating the Girl Boss Dinner for her fellow principals, Dr. Longoria is committed to building "the table" where leadership is collaborative, equitable, and sustainable.
