Kimberly Fuentes is the Director of Elementary Education for Carlsbad Unified School District and has served as an administrator for 11 years. Her experience includes roles as a teacher, instructional TOSA, middle school assistant principal, Title I elementary principal, and district administrator. Kimberly is recognized as a kind and creative, student-centered leader who is passionate about cultivating talent, developing leadership capacity, and fostering joyful, collaborative environments that support and empower school teams.
