About me
Hillery Dixon is the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction for the Lucia Mar Unified School District. With 25 years of dedicated service to the district, her experience spans multiple levels, from high school English teacher to elementary principal to Secondary Curriculum Director. This diverse perspective informs her current work in developing district-wide professional learning communities and implementing tiered interventions. Guided by the district’s motto, "Our Kids First," Hillery is committed to ensuring a rigorous education for all TK-12 students. Her leadership is founded on the belief that all students can learn at high levels and that lasting change comes from empowering teacher leaders.
