About me
Gina Lynch is the Superintendent of The Palmdale Aerospace Academy in Southern California and an innovative educational leader with over 30 years of combined experience in K-12 and adult education, including 16 years in the classroom and 15 years in administration. She is known for driving whole-system improvement through clear vision, strong leadership, and a focus on student-centered outcomes. Gina has presented at national, state, and local conferences on topics including STEAM education, 21st century learning environments, whole-system reform, authentic leadership, and instructional technology, and is passionate about developing leadership capacity in others.
