About me
Rebecca Donaldson is an elementary school principal with over 20 years of experience in education, including roles as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and administrator. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, with research focused on general education teachers’ preparedness to support students with disabilities in inclusive classrooms.
Her leadership is based on resilience and shaped by her personal journey, of being a teenage mother and rising into educational leadership. This experience drives her purpose and driven approach to building strong systems, supporting teacher growth, and ensuring equitable outcomes for all students.
Rebecca is the founder of From Grit to Greatness, a leadership framework that empowers educators to move beyond managing challenges to building capacity, strengthening instruction, and creating inclusive systems that lead to lasting impact.
She is passionate about supporting leaders, especially women in finding their voice, expand their influence, and lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
