Jenn Handy is the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the Lucia Mar Unified School District. With 24 years of dedicated service to public education, her experience spans multiple levels: high school English teacher, middle school counselor, TK-8 principal, and Curriculum and Special Education Director. This diverse perspective informs her current work in supporting students, employees, and the community. Guided by the district’s motto, "Our Kids First," Jenn is committed to ensuring decisions and actions reflect an unwavering commitment to students, staff, and families so that they feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
